Relationship

To have a relationship between a guy and a girl is considered as necessity but to hold, it is sometimes difficult and time consuming. It also demands patience, persistence and tolerance. Falling in love is good for everybody. It soften your heart a little bit. ‘First step’ is usually initiated by a man but undeniably, woman does it seldom.

A relationship or an affection provides a better comprehension and understanding between two opposite sex. Each party must show interest and contribute to make the relationship last longer. Tolerance and forgiveness are qualities to assure the its strength.

Remind yourself that a relationship never be your problem. Make sure it is your solution. If you are in the first case, you must redefine what is the objective to have a soul mate.

Aim high

You may hear about this topic when u read about any motivational articles. I’m here to write a little of my opinion about this. I have a brother who one day ask me how he could become in the future. He has not even taken the final exam of high school,  in his head he think that he can’t do the best to get a good result. What am I worried is how he has already plan for further step, which college and which course he want apply to. I gave a very simple advice, whenever u think about future, aim high always. Never take the worst model to make as your future dream person. My parents seldom see the bad thing or experiences of relatives as a benchmark. I totally don’t agree. They drop the colorful dream of their sons. So, to be in great practice of thinking, my brother is advised to aim high enough. If we can’t get to that position or level, at least someday we can get to the level just below to it. Mind is powerful thinking generator. But you must provide it with good objective. When we say ‘it is good enough for me to be … ‘, our mind is limited to that level.

To conclude, aim high and take a very positive successful model in order to be like his/her.

A good user vs a good developer

I am very impressed by the way that certain things ever build are used to the maximum and creatively. If I’m in the shoes of the developer, I would feel honored and appreciated if the user of my product are being utilized up to its capacity. I try to give u an example, when a phone is invented, it should work to link from an end to the other end. This is the basic and essential function of a phone. Then, they put a short message service (SMS) into it. The user use sms to send msg rather than telling by voice. Next, we have MMS, we snap a photo that we think memorable and distinguisable and then send it to our friend. Without voice and words, we succeed to describe a phenomena thanks to MMS. Then, it comes 3G.. you know better than me. Phone becomes more important as it can also manage our daily appointment and keep our tasks in order. It also tell us about where are we by using Global Positioning System embedded under it.

Ya, when u are user, u maybe feel it is a indinspensable stuff in these days. User seems to search the advantages of their possession. On the other hand, as a developer, we always think differently, we want it be a very useful and robust. Days of reflexion are sacrified just to make it relevant and user friendly. If the user appreciates their product, it is very rewarding to the developer team.

So, be a good user ; use your stuff to the maximum. Maybe it provides more than u want but u have paid for the ‘extra’ functionalities.

To the perfection!

This is a lesson which i learned from a film.. i mean a great film. The astonishing effect and CGI rendered are almost irreproachable and perfect. How do that happen? I know there is something hidden which is unreal and illogical. Hmm, there is no miracle in the film.. so what they do is actually show you what they want to show. They design the film frame by frame so that the spectator doesn’t realize even a hanging cord. This is it!

Therefore, in order to be perfectionist it is always easy to show what we want to show and hide all the fault behind. If we want to be a good leader, show that we are good leader. Show only your strength but keep your weakness in your pocket. As long as we are human, we are never perfect!

Downtime

is it worth to think carefully and thoroughly when it comes to a downtime. When suffering for a decrease of motivation, moody, hurtfulness and diminishing of profit, it is always good to be in a calm condition. ‘No heart feeling’ is a phrase  we often hear from someone who try to make us relief. Do we need to return to the initial state if we wish to repair the wretched situation? is it possible to initialize the state and bring back to the right place as it should? Couldn’t it be good to get what we want and forget the downtime..

I think no matter how worse the situation, it is never too late to take it as a positive learning session and if possible rectify them if it is really means u a lot. Being a positive 1st person could be a very problem solving method. Smile and pretended like nothing’s never happened shows the maturity and a very great leadership in term of overcoming a serious situation. But u can always express your dissatisfaction with a good tone and a good voice.

Bidirectional

I’m very impressed with this kind of animal. It has two directions to go but linked together at each end. Physically bonding is a problem in which the two heads should tolerate when it comes to decide which direction they/it would go. I try to compare with a train which has a head at each end. There will be a head that pulls the coaches and another one is pushing in order to create a unique direction. But in this case, i doubt how the salamander will co operate to search for food and reproduce  itself/themselves.

profile, is it important?

what type of profile have you? this is a simple question to ask when you are searching for a job. When a company has to recruit an employee, it is usually looking for a person who suit a vacant post. we as a worker have to admit the selective choice that implement often by them. a good marketing officer need some skill and he or she has a relevant profile that match with the job. it happens the same to other profile such as manager, researcher, trainer, administrator, secretary, and etc. I have discovered and realized a fact that big and prestigious companies select their workers based on how can the workers fit the job instead of the best qualified person they ever interviewed.

So to be on the line, build a profile that match your preferable job which u think u are the best on that type of career. it’s good to start small than don’t take any step. After that, make a big jump or change ur starting point if necessary because u have a lot more chance on the other side of ur self barrier. Make a way towards your destiny.

Pattern

If you are curious enough, u could discover and realize the things around you come normally with a pattern at least. This pattern is like organized order that can unite to become a system. When you see the sun rising and setting, there will be a precise time when it rises and has been proved calculable.

Read

Do u know that from the internet you can get a lot of books to read if u are passionate in reading. there are a plenty of books in pdf format which are available and they are free. You can get at manybooks.net, gutenberg.org, feedbooks.com, torrent, etc. It is interesting if u know how to search the ebooks that is valuable and enrich your basic and even advance knowledge. Read one book each week then u will surpass an average people. In a year u will have read 52 books! this help you to be a better man/woman in term of intelligence.

happy new year..

2009 is coming, the time passes and we get older. there were several groups celeberating the 1st Jan and did the countdown. I was at a Champs Elysées in Paris the 31st night. it was really crowded. the night everyone was waiting for something special and big. but to make a story, there was nothing except crowded people flooded the road. there was not even a countdown together… hmm, plus, my friends lost his camera with plenty memorable pictures inside and a handset. what a pity!

at early of this year, why dont we make something different. take a pen and a paper, jot down 10 desires or 10 objectives. sort them out according to priority. make a plan to materialize the desire. do you know that on doing this, u surpass an average peope around u.
